Participants shall not modify official claims, benefit descriptions, compensation representations, legal notices, or other regulated or controlled content.

MC500 may suspend or modify a replicated website when necessary for security, maintenance, compliance, branding, or operational reasons.

XVII. LOST PAYMENTS, COMMISSIONS, AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Participants should promptly report missing, incorrect, or disputed commission payments to MC500 using the Company's designated member support channel. MC500 may require reasonable documentation to verify a payment issue.

Where a payment was issued by paper check, and the check is reported lost, MC500 may require an affidavit or other reasonable documentation before issuing a replacement, subject to applicable law and internal procedures.

Payment records maintained by MC500 may be used to investigate and resolve payment disputes.

XVIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MC500 and/or GeoCapital-1 retain all rights in their applicable trademarks, logos, names, slogans, website content, software, graphics, materials, business systems, and other intellectual property, subject to the rights of third parties. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, sale, licensing, or commercial use of MC500 intellectual property is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.

Third-party software and technology remain subject to the applicable rights and licenses of their respective owners.

XXI. CANCELLATION, RENEWAL, AND REFUND POLICY

Membership is offered for the membership period stated at the time of purchase. Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate a consumer's cancellation, refund, chargeback, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived. Where a specific cancellation period or refund right is required by applicable law, that right will apply notwithstanding any contrary provision of these Terms.

Questions or requests concerning cancellation or refunds may be directed to: mc500team@gmail.com, Cc: admin@motorclub500.com.

XXII. OPTIONAL INCOME OPPORTUNITY DISCLAIMER

Participation in the optional sales and referral component is a business activity and is not an investment or a guarantee of income. No participant is promised or guaranteed a specific amount of income, profit, sales, commissions, or financial results. Participants must not represent that joining MC500 will make a person wealthy, replace employment income, provide passive income automatically, or produce a particular financial result.

Any income depends on numerous factors, including actual qualifying sales, customer demand, participant effort, expenses, compliance with the compensation plan, market conditions, and other circumstances. Prospective participants should evaluate the business opportunity independently and should consider the costs and time associated with participation.

MC500's compensation system is based on qualifying sales and applicable compensation-plan requirements. Participants must not make unsupported claims concerning potential earnings.

XXIII. BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS, CONTRACTING, NETWORKING, AND JOINT VENTURES

A participant may not represent that he or she has authority to create a partnership, joint venture, contract, financial obligation, employment relationship, franchise, agency relationship, or other binding obligation on behalf of MC500 or GeoCapital-1 unless expressly authorized in writing.

Proposed formal business relationships involving the MC500 name, intellectual property, compensation system, or corporate commitments should be submitted to MC500 management for review and approval where appropriate.

XXIV. IDEAS, SUGGESTIONS, AND CONTRIBUTIONS

Participants may voluntarily submit ideas, suggestions, recommendations, or other contributions concerning the improvement of MC500.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing before submission, a participant grants MC500 permission to use non-confidential suggestions submitted for business improvement without additional compensation or obligation. MC500 may, at its discretion, recognize a contribution or provide an incentive when appropriate.

Nothing in this provision transfers ownership of independently developed intellectual property that is legally owned by the participant unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

XXV. CHANGES TO TERMS, SERVICES, AND WEBSITE CONTENT

MC500 may modify these Terms, services, benefits, eligibility requirements, website content, software features, and operational procedures when reasonably necessary for business, technical, legal, regulatory, or operational purposes.

Material changes will be communicated or posted in a manner reasonably designed to provide notice, subject to applicable law. Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be eliminated.

Members are responsible for periodically reviewing the current Terms and applicable benefit schedules.

XXVI. SEVERABILITY, GOVERNING LAW, AND COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are intended to operate subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Where a particular state imposes additional licensing, registration, disclosure, service-contract, motor-club, consumer-protection, insurance, tax, or other requirements, MC500's services and participation in that state shall be subject to those requirements.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to authorize MC500 or any participant to conduct regulated activities without obtaining any license, certificate, registration, approval, or authorization required by applicable law.

Any dispute concerning these Terms shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and any valid dispute-resolution provision separately provided by MC500.

XXVII. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By completing registration, purchasing or renewing a membership, accessing member services, or voluntarily participating in the MC500 program, the participant acknowledges that he or she has had an opportunity to review these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

The participant further acknowledges that:

1.
